Kitchen Spotlight: Dedo 🍀

Dedo is one of those people who's impossible not to love. He's been part of the family here for a few years now, and whether it's a busy Friday night, a random weekday afternoon, or a staff get-together, he's always bringing the laughs and keeping everyone in a good mood.

He's the guy who's constantly joking around, checking in on everyone, and somehow finding a way to make even the most chaotic days fun. No matter who's working, Dedo can get the whole kitchen and bar laughing within minutes.

What makes Dedo special isn't just what he does in the kitchen; it's the person he is. He's the kind of coworker who becomes a friend, and the kind of friend who becomes family. Dedo seems to be one of the special ones who can make Brooke laugh at any given moment, no matter the circumstances. Now that's a compliment. Irish Kevins wouldn't be the same without him.

If you've worked a shift with Dedo, you know exactly what we're talking about. ❤️

We’re kicking off our Kitchen Staff Spotlight Series with a guy who really needs no introduction around here… Dave.

If you’ve been around Irish Kevins for any length of time, chances are you’ve had a meal that came out of Dave’s kitchen. He’s been part of this place for years, and while he took a little break from us, we’re glad he found his way back home.

Dave is the kind of person who’s always willing to help, always has a story to tell, and somehow keeps the kitchen moving no matter how crazy things get. He’s family to the staff, a familiar face to our regulars, and an important part of what makes Irish Kevins what it is.

Thanks for everything you do, Dave. The kitchen wouldn’t be the same without you. Come say hi and get a fresh made meal from Dave tonight👏🍀
