Region: Traiguén, Malleco Valley, Chile
Alcohol: 13.5% ABV
Flavor Profile: Intense red fruit (sour cherry, elderberry) layered with balsamic, rose petal, and savory forest floor notes. It balances New World fruit richness with Old World, Burgundy-like acidity and minerality.
Aging: Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 9–10 months in French oak barrels.
