Hi Everyone! Please read this for a Grapevine update:
It still feels like yesterday when this photo was taken! I had just turned 25 and distinctly remember feeling so many emotions. Excitement was clear, but there were, of course, jitters about taking on such a huge undertaking at a young age. Running my own restaurant was always a dream of mine, but I was unsure when and where that would happen. When the building came up for sale and I saw the space, my vision came to life, and it was really all I could think about. It was a stressful and exciting time, and I feel truly blessed to have had the encouragement of my family and friends along the way.
Fast forward 10 years later, and the business has come such a long way! We made it through so many struggles and setbacks, and I’ve made so many connections with people I now consider family. The customers and employees who turned into family have made it all worth it!
I truly care about all the people I’ve met through the years, which has made this decision incredibly difficult. As I grow my family, closing The Cafe Storefront is the best decision for us at this time.
Please take note of our final schedule of upcoming events: -October 11th: Brunch
- October 14th: Our last karaoke night
- October 30th: Our last regular Friday night dinner & Bar Bingo
- November 6th: Reservation-Only Prix Fixe Harvest Dinner
- November 25th: Heat & Eat Thanksgiving to-go dinner (available for pickup)

Beyond that, please keep an eye out for future events and markets where The Grapevine will be vending. I will continue to post details about where to find us, and feel free to reach out anytime for offsite catering at thegrapevinecafe.com.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for believing in this little dream of mine. The Grapevine couldn’t have survived for 10 years without the support from all of you!
Love,
The Greens (Rita, Sylvie, Alex, & our little bundle of joy on the way) & The Moelder Family
