Today is the day! Celebrate this OG classic cocktail with us and a handful of increasingly wacky iterations of the Daiquiri.
The Classic Daiquiri. Maybe our collective favorite cocktail. It’s as simple as it gets, yet showcases nuance, balance, and freshness. Rum, Lime, Sugar. It’s the impetus for this occasion/party and the launching point for a thousand variations. A true canvas that alone is also a piece of art. And, it strikes an amazing balance of elegance and whimsy that is difficult to achieve! It’s a good foot to start off on today as we explore the intersections of Rum, Citrus, and Sugar.

STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI!
Tomorrow, 5/24 is the day! Who in their right mind would do an all day, all Daiquiri menu??!! Nice N Easy, that’s who. Next up, STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI. Rum, Strawberry reduction, Lime. A simple and elevated version of the Louisiana Drive-Thru classic, though this one is more akin to the 1898 OG. Like the 1998 remake of Godzilla featuring Matthew Broderick.
Our bud has curated a Rolodex of sultry/humid jams that you’ve probably never heard but absolutely need to hear. He’s a true music head. And we’ll get you fed with a new “island style” dog 🌭. Yum.

Ok this one is kind of wild. Like 7am in Key West wild. Two types of rum (Hamilton Pot Still Black and Pusser’s), Amaro Montenegro, Cherry Heering, Lime, Plum Bitters. A rum and coke that doesn’t contain coke. Cool 😎. Have it on Sunday, 5/24 as we allow the ever classic Daiquiri and some inspired iterations to take over our menu.

A punctual combination of ingredients linear to the brisk writing style of Papa himself. First up, we have the Beachfire Daiquiri. Rum, Mezcal, Orgeat, Lime. This dream of a drink puts sand between your toes, salt on your skin, smoke in the air, and the breeze through your hair.

Oops, All Daiquiris!
Join us Sunday, May 24 (2PM - 7PM) for a deep exploration of one of our favorite cocktails of all time - THE DAIQUIRI. We will feature the classic version (Rum, Lime, Sugar), and a variety of iterations inspired by the kind of environs you’d expect to get yourself rum-dumb in. You know whadimean?
Also, we got a wild hair and worked up a new dog 🌭 for the occasion, island style. Think pineapple relish, teriyaki/sriracha mayo, cilantro, etc.
AND, our bud is gonna DJ the thing so you can dance while trying not to spill your coupe.
Stay tuned this coming week for some intel and teases! In the meantime, put on some Jimmy Buffet, go barefoot, climb into a hammock, and catch up on some Hemingway.
