To our dearest longtime friends,
Chef Marc and myself must now thank all of you for the years and years of support! You welcomed us with open arms in 2006 and here we are in 2024!! Who would’ve ever bet on that! We are so incredibly grateful!! Thank you!!
With that said, it is time for Chef and I to handover the keys. Trattoria ‘One41’ has been seamlessly run by Sean and the usual standouts(Matt, Belle and Eddie to name a few) And we expect will only get better under their leadership!
For those that loved Viande Rouge Steakhouse we are again so grateful for that time!!
To all of our employees at Cantina you have been magnificent and we love you all. We went through the pandemic together. Chef Marc and I can’t put a price on that kind of support. It won’t be forgotten.
As for the future, Chef and I humbly ask that you welcome new owner Amber Rushing and her amazing family/crew into their new home the ‘former’ Cantina One41 space. Amber is an amazing entrepreneur/restaurateur who has enjoyed big success in the Sugar Hill area with her ‘Rushing Trading Company’ breakfast/lunch Concept… And oh yeah they serve liquor too!! If our guests/friends are to bestow half of the support you have graced us with over the years Amber and her deliciously creative concept are sure to flourish!
So again, Chef Marc and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and will never forget your friendships and support!
