Good morning Jim Thorpe, Carbon County, Pennsylvania and all of our great country! Holy s**t the last week of summer. Sorry to curse but seriously, I don’t know how the rest of u all feel but wow, did this fly. A huge special thanks to all my amazing employees. Thorpes would not be who we are without their huge commitment to Thorpes 903. Quickly, let me run through a couple of amazing things we have going on at the restaurant. Live lobsters, softshell crabs, the best of the best oysters, shrimp so big you literally can only eat a few, seafood salad so succulent and fresh you’ll think you’re literally in the ocean! It doesn’t end there. The prime rib is in the oven and cooking, burnt ends, have been cooking overnight to be tender and succulent, the homemade chicken stock is on the stove top and slowly boiling. Remember the old adage; You are what you eat!! Here at Thorpes our food is superior! One, simply by the quality of food we’re buying  and two by the amazing chefs we have in the back, cooking it. No detail here has been left, uncovered. Come and experience of Thorpes difference for yourself on this amazing Labor Day weekend. Be sure to come out and check out our deck. There is no better atmosphere to enjoy lunch or dinner this weekend than the Thorpes deck. I give you my assurances that you will not leave Thorpes 903 disappointed.
