✨️ NOW ON DRAFT ✨️ Maine Beer Co: Peeper Pale Ale ✨️ After a few years of home brewing in our garage, my brother and I decided we should open a brewery so that we could share our beer. In 2009 we started with a one barrel system and worked on a single recipe, over and over, until Peeper was born. And now we have enough to share. Cheers! Flavor profile: Lemon, grapefruit and fresh cut grass. Delicate notes of raspberry, strawberry, pine, floral and faint bread. Hops: Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial.

Collaboration with Allagash Brewing Company.

Daisy Cutter Crown is our collaborative hope of infusing deliciously hoppy beer with the spirit of White – a crowned champion of amazing beers. An India Pale Ale brewed with Allagash’s Maine-grown wheat, we held true to Daisy Cutter and brewed with Simcoe and Amarillo. Allowing for a new tint, we included Krush, and then new-to-us Tangier, to elicit the citrus halo we’ve all come to enjoy in Allagash White. On the heels of five pilot recipes, we offer you an exciting new IPA. Some classic pine undertone, a smidge of apricot jam, and oodles of orange fluff atop the wonderfully full presence of Maine-grown wheat. We’re very proud of this beer and Daisy Cutter Pale Ale. May the classic beers of the world live on!

🐳 Now ON DRAFT 🐳 Maine Beer: Lunch IPA 🐳 Allied Whale, the marine mammal lab at College of the Atlantic, is leading the way in field research. Home to the world’s largest library of photo-identified whales, scientists use this research to follow them by comparing patterns, fin shapes, and identifying marks. Lunch is a finback whale that was first spotted by their team along the Maine coast in 1982. She has what looks like a bite taken out of her fin. Beer flavor profile: Aromas of caramel, orange, papaya, grapefruit, and underlying floral notes, with hints of brightness. Hops: Amarillo, Centennial, Simcoe.

AND WITH A NEW FACELIFT!!! Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve heard of all the buzz created by the “PB&J Mixtape” series that our dearest buds Xul Beer have been churning out over the past few years. And if you’ve been following us for a while, you’ve probably heard of our “Engine” Cheesecake Sour series. Naturally, we wanted to put our own little riff on the acclaimed XUL PB&J treatment and pair it up with our Cheesecake treatment. AND THE RESULTS ARE SIIIIIIIIIICK, BRUHHHHH! This Gluten Free Sour was conditioned on Peanuts, heaps and heaps and more heaps of Concord Grape, and a very healthy smattering of Cheesecake. Pretty much this is an Uncrustable stuffed inside of a Cheesecake. 🥃☕️ 2018 Cellar Release - Avery Tweak Bourbon Barrel Imperial Stout ☕️🥃 Originally released under names that were deemed inappropriate (Meph Addict & Coffeestopholes), we decided that a name change and further character development, a 4-month hiatus in bourbon barrels — were necessary then as well. One of our most beloved expressions, Tweak, has been a cult-beer-nerd classic since 2013. Robust, boozy, and deliciously bitter, this beer imparts aromas of cherry and stone fruit, with toffee, vanilla, and coffee dominating the palate.
