Belated welcome to our new head chef and not-so-secret-ingredient, Vikiy! 🔪

Vikiy joined our team as part of our front of the house staff shortly after we opened, but her skills were needed in the back of the house. It quickly became apparent that the kitchen is where she could really shine (enter hot chip!). About a month ago, Vikiy took over as head chef and long-awaited beer cheese soon followed!

We are so excited to have Vikiy leading the kitchen team and can’t wait to see what continues to dream up 🍲

Huge day for Lot 6! 🍻
Moving our brewing equipment out of storage and into our brand new, on-site brewhouse has been a long time coming. We could not be more excited to get the brewing up and running. Soon the most fresh and delicious beer will be flowing straight from our brewhouse to your mug!
