What if every household in Jefferson spent just $10 a week at a local business?
According to U.S. Census data, Jefferson is home to approximately 3,300 households. If every household shifted just $10 each week to a local business, that would keep more than $1.7 million in our community every year.
That's not a major lifestyle change. It's grabbing lunch downtown instead of driving out of town. Picking up a gift from a local shop. Ordering flowers. Stopping for coffee.
Small choices add up.
When we choose local businesses, we're investing in the people who sponsor our events, support our schools and nonprofits, create local jobs, and help make Jefferson the community we all love.
