McGarity's No.61 LLC is a 27 year U.S. Navy veteran owned and operated business located in historic Jefferson, Texas. McGarity's Restaurant & Saloon is a purveyor of new American dining with international influences prepared Executive Chef Courtney Tolar and Executive Sous Chef Zacharia Reynolds.

Our menu serves both quality interpretations of classic dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of food. With the ambiance and history of an old western Saloon, you will definitely enjoy your time with us. Don’t let the name Saloon fool you, this is a Kid friendly establishment with awesome ambiance for all to enjoy and talk about!

We are inspired by the buildings and streets of historic downtown Jefferson. We take pride in the history thereof, and the traditions of our culture. We desire to extend uncommon excellence and hospitality to our guests by building individual relationships and customizing each and every experience.
