We Increased the size of what the old bathroom was.
In Both Bathrooms we put in Brand New Insulation -
The interior walls we also insulated for some more soundproofing.

Installed New Sheetrock and Textured the Walls and Ceiling.
Had the Plumber also install a new Tub / Shower as well.
Both of the Bathrooms each have a New Vanity installed along with Granite Counters - New Toilets - New Flooring
New Brushed Nickel Faucets in the Sinks and Tub / Shower.

The Basement was previously finished - but we gutted the whole basement including all the old framing.
We put in all Brand New Framing - Brand New Electric - Brand New Insulation / Sheetrock
We had Carpet installed on the 1 Side of the basement. The other side is Concrete Paint.
This is a Dry Basement NO LEAKS - No Dampness
( You do not need a Dehumidifier )
The basement is awesome!
Even the un-finished side of the basement the Concrete Walls are painted as well as the Concrete Floor + the Floor Joists

The Whole House Upstairs and Downstairs is all New Paint

All Brand New Flooring Upstairs and Down.
We had Laminate Plank Flooring installed in the Kitchen / Dinning Room / Living Room and Hallway.
The 3 Bedrooms we had New Carpet installed.
( There is real hardwood floors under bedroom carpet )
The upstairs Bathroom floor we had Tile installed.
The basement Bathroom floor we had Vinyl Plank installed.

In the laundry room area we installed a had a long shelf.
Along with a long clothes rod for hanging your laundry.

We had our Electricians install a New Electric Panel.
Every Switch and Every Outlet Upstairs and Down the Electricians installed Brand New Ones.
Every Light in the house is Brand New:
All the Lights in the house are LED / Upstairs and Down
The Kitchen Lights are 5000 Lumens Each.
( They are really nice and bright )

The Kitchen and the Dining Room have a dimmer switch on them If you prefer to dim the lights.
We also had the Electricians install Brand New Ceiling Fans / Lights
in the 3 Bedrooms and the Living Room.
The Upstairs Bathroom has a 5-Light Bar above the Vanity
( All Daylight LED Bulbs )
There is a ceiling Exhaust Fan Light in there as well / Also LED

Both of the Bathrooms are very bright!

All 3 of the Bedroom closets also have lights in them.

The Plumber also installed a Brand New Hot Water Heater.
The Furnace and Central Air work great!
I had a Service Tech from R&W Heating in Milton go through them to check them out.
All are in great working condition.

We had Brand New Heat Registers and Cold Air Vents installed as well.

There is also a shed in the back yard - We just put a new roof on that in October as well.

I'm probably forgetting something else to add here but this house needs nothing.

Thad V. Wingfield, age 49, of Janesville, died on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2015, at home. He was born in Janesville on April 4, 1966, the son of Vernon L. and Juanita M. (Wilcox) Wingfield. He graduated from Parker High School in 1984, and had been employed for 30 years by Stoughton Trailer. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Thad is survived by his mother, Juanita (fiancé, Herman Zillmer) Wingfield; brother, Rocky (Becky) Wingfield; nephew, Josh Po***ck; and many other extended family and friends.
