🚨 IMPORTANT BIGG CAPPY’S UPDATE 🚨

We hate even having to make this post, but sometimes life has other plans.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we’re not going to be able to do The Hat Rack this weekend, and unfortunately we’re also going to have to cancel Buffie’s 50th birthday celebration.

We were really looking forward to both. We were excited about getting Bigg Cappy’s out to The Hat Rack, feeding everybody, and most of all celebrating Buffie’s BIG 5-0 with our friends and family.

Right now, though, we have some things that need our attention, and family has to come first.

We want to personally apologize to Susan and everyone at The Hat Rack. Thank you for giving us the opportunity and being so welcoming. We truly hope we can circle back and make it happen when the time is right.

To everybody who planned on coming out to celebrate Buffie — thank you. We appreciate the love and support more than you know.

Sometimes life throws you a curveball. You handle what’s in front of you, get back on your feet, and keep moving forward.

Well y’all… IT’S OFFICIAL!

Bigg Cappy’s Smokeshack is officially our name, and we’re fired up about what’s coming next!

We’ve got some very near-future pop-ups in the works, catering orders rolling in, and plenty of good BBQ headed your way. We’re taking this weekend off to decompress because whew… y’all know we’ve been putting in the work!

But don’t worry — next weekend we’ve got a pretty decent-sized catering order already booked!

And here’s the good news: If you’ve been craving that smoky goodness, you can tag along on that order! Pre-order with us and we can either deliver it to you or have it ready for pick-up with the catering order.

Kentucky-born, Hawaiian-inspired, backyard-smokin’ goodness — come get you some ono BBQ, y’all! That’s right… a little Kentucky twang mixed with some island aloha. We’re fixin’ to feed ya good!
