We would like to officially introduce the new owner of Rudi’s Grill, Bill Fuqua.

Bill has worked beside us for the past 15 years and has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Throughout the years, he has shown great respect for his coworkers, strong leadership, and exemplary skill in the kitchen. His dedication, work ethic, and love for the business have been evident every single day.

One of the things that has always stood out most about Bill is the way he encourages and supports those around him. He takes pride in his work, cares deeply about the staff and customers, and shares the same passion for this restaurant that we have always had.

Andy and I could not be more thankful or confident in passing Rudi’s Grill into his hands. We truly believe he will continue the tradition of hard work, good food, and caring for the community that has meant so much to us over the years.

Bill will officially take over on May 20th. We will be closing for a couple of days during the transition to get everything completed and ready to reopen under the new ownership.

Please join us in welcoming and supporting Bill Fuqua as the new owner of Rudi’s Grill.

Thank you all so much for the kind words, messages, and well wishes on my retirement. It truly means more than I can say. I’ve been so blessed by this amazing community, and I’ll carry these memories with me always. ❤️

After 25 wonderful years, the time has come for me to turn the page to a new chapter in life.
On May 19th, I will officially be retiring from Rudi’s Grill. It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am for the incredible support this community has shown over the years. So many of you have walked through our doors not just as customers, but as friends who became like family. Thank you for every breakfast, every cup of coffee, every conversation, and every moment you shared with us.
To our amazing employees and co-workers, many of whom have been with me for years, and some who even worked alongside me all the way back at my parents’ restaurant, BJ’s, you have meant more to me than you will ever know. Your loyalty, friendship, and hard work helped make Rudi’s what it is today, and I will always be thankful for each of you.
While it will be difficult to say goodbye to something that has been such a big part of my life, I am excited to begin a new chapter. My husband Andy and I are looking forward to spending more time with our children and especially our grandchildren, and enjoying this next season of life together.
I am also happy to share that Rudi’s Grill will continue on under new ownership, and I look forward to introducing the new owner soon. I hope you will welcome them with the same kindness and support that you have shown me over the past 25 years.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who has supported Rudi’s Grill. You will always hold a special place in my heart, and you will be deeply missed.
