At Flask & Cannon, rum is kind of our thing.
Different countries, different styles, different aging methods, and bottles that can taste wildly different from what most people think of when they hear “rum.”
That variety is what makes it interesting, and why we’ve built a backbar with 130+ rums to explore.
You don’t need to know the difference between Jamaican rum and rhum agricole before you sit down. Tell your bartender what you normally like, ask a few questions, and let us take it from there.
