It’s Thursday, which means new Chef Specials are here! 🍽️
Here is what we have for you this week:

Lemon Ricotta Pasta: Grilled chicken, spinach, garlic, lemon, ricotta, and Parmesan Reggiano.

Prosciutto Sandwich: Prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, arugula, red onion, fresh tomato, and roasted tomato aioli served hot.

The Funky Burger: Mustard-seared patties, sharp white cheddar, sautéed mushrooms, pickled red onions, and crispy fried onions.

Melon Cheesecake: Classic cheesecake from Grand River Bakery topped with cantaloupe compote and whipped cream.

😂😂SPECIALS ALERT! 🚨
If you're still deciding whether to ditch your diet and come hang out on the patio, LET THIS BE YOUR EXCUSE 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️!

🤤 Whipped Ricotta Bruschetta, because who needs a beach body when you can have a bruschetta body? 🧀🥖 Prosciutto, melon, and balsamic glaze - the holy trinity of deliciousness! 😋😋

Don't even get me started on the Margherita Flatbread... it's like a taste explosion in your mouth! Blistered tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, olive oil and fresh basil💋💋

🤪🤪Pasta ala Vodka, because vodka makes everything better, am I right? 🍝 Torchio pasta with housemade vodka sauce, sauteed shrimp, parmesan reggiano, and fresh parsley🧀🧀

Thursday is the best day of the week, (don't tell the other days, they're just jealous) 😜!
We're all about those SPECIALS, baby! 🎉
First off, our LOADED FRIES are calling your name - hot fries smothered in roasted corn queso dip, bacon, green onions, and sour cream... you'll need a napkin (or three)!

Next up, our Double Onion Smash Curried Burger is bringing the heat - 2 patties, curried mustard, Swiss cheese, bacon, fried onions and arugula, served with fries, duh!

Rounding out the dinner menu, our Pesto Chicken Bowl is the real MVP - garlic rice, veggies, grilled chicken, and fresh house-made pesto (made with toasted walnuts and arugula, fancy schmancy)!

And finally, DESSERT TIME! Chef Chris and Chef Gino's fudge brownie recipe is a game-changer - warm brownie, vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, and whipped cream... need we say more?
