Last Dance Jam was free. & we had 37 people show up!
We are keeping it free from now on & are changing Dance Jam to be once a month, the second Sunday of the month, from 3-4 PM (could run a bit late if everyone is totally jamming!). Join us on March 9 & April 13! 3-4 PM!

Dance Jam is Free this week, but it will be a shorter dance, from 1-3, Sunday, Feb. 9. We should have at least 30-40 people there this week! Great dance fun! Join us free of charge! Dance, play, move, laugh, exercise! Run, hop, skip, dance! All levels, styles, ages, abilities welcome!

GREAT 1st DANCE JAM YESTERDAY! 24 people showed up! About half youth, half adults. We created a separate area for any of the young people who wanted to run around less mindfully, but when everyone was mindful of the space around them, they were often on the other side, where the adults usually were dancing. GREAT WORKOUT! And the last hour ended up being women only. The women started switching off who lead zumba-like exercise dance moves. VERY FUN!
