Woot Woot

Today, we collab’ed with our friends from (Jackson, Ohio), on a new brew that will be out in time for !
We put together a saison mashed with pilsner and spelt malts, and hopped it with Magnum hops for bittering, and Cashmere in the whirlpool. At 10 minutes from the end of the boil, we added 4 pounds of ground sumac berries, which should hopefully give this saison a bit of a lemony zingyness! To be continued…catch us for Brew Week 2026!

We are now part of the Ohio Hard Cider Trail featuring some awesome locally made ciders

Pick up a passport today, get it stamped and check out some of the other craft cider makers in Ohio

Right now on tap we are featuring our Traditional Heritage Cider and Blueberry Cyser and our Pineapple Tepache is on deck. All of our ciders use juice from our friends at Hirsch’s Fruit Farm
