Endless Summer is back!

Around this time every year Chef Tony makes some local-style Hawaiian food for us all to enjoy, and we pour bright cocktails with tiny umbrellas, wear colorful shirts, listen to surf music, and just relax and enjoy the long hot days.

This week’s menu includes…

🍣 Spam Musubi made with our house made spam

🐟 Swordfish poke made with local swordfish and served over rice

🍳 Loco moco, a local classic made with our hamburger patty, served over rice topped with gravy and a fried egg

🍹 We’ve got our drink umbrellas ready for your Mai tai, blue Hawaiian, and more delicious cocktails made with Kō Hana Hawaiian Agricole Rum

What grows together goes together!

Summer ingredients like tomatoes and strawberries make for more of a harmonious pizza pairing than the contrast of pineapple on pizza (which we also love 🤙🏽), which makes us think even people with *thoughts* about fruit on pizza might make an exception for our roasted strawberry pan pizza with tomatoes, roasted strawberries, mozzarella, basil, pecorino and black pepper. Perfect with your rosé, bubbles, Rockaway Brewing Company’s summery Mexican ale, or if you reaaaalllyy love strawberries, pair with our red and black cocktail made with tequila, fresh strawberries and black pepper simple syrup.
