Jacksboro, TX Family,
For the last eight months, we’ve been quiet and we know many of you have been wondering what’s been going on since we closed.
The truth is: we didn’t want to rush anything.
During this time, we have been actively searching for the right special person, partner, or tenant who could follow our vision and continue the legacy of this building, not just what it once was from Neri’s, but what it has the potential to become for the future.
We wanted someone who would not only bring life back to the downstairs as a sports bar, but also fully use the upstairs as an event center, a space our community can truly enjoy and be proud of.
After months of consideration, preparation, and learning the demographics and what people want to see and what Jacksboro needs, we realized we have not been able to find that perfect match to carry out the full vision.
So we’ve decided to make it happen ourselves.
Because Jacksboro deserves it. Your families deserve it. Your guests deserve it. And even the people driving through Jacksboro deserve a reason to stop, come in, and enjoy what downtown has to offer.
That’s why we’re excited to finally say:
We’re not just reopening… we’re creating something truly special for the city of Jacksboro.
We’re coming back with:
a new name
a new sign
a full interior remodel
the very first sports bar in Jacksporto
a full menu with amazing options for the whole family
a stage in the back
and an expanded, open layout by removing the wall dividing the restaurant
We met with our contractors last week and met with the architect yesterday, and we cannot wait to show you what’s coming.
We are truly overwhelmed and grateful for the support this community has shown us over the past eight years. Thank you for believing in us, sticking with us, and encouraging us through this process.
