Happy Hump Day!! 🎉🎉

Almost through another week of September and the crisp mornings and chilly evenings have arrived! 🍁

We don’t know for sure, but we’re going to go ahead and say that we’re entering Drew’s favorite time of year-Italian food is what you want when the air is cold and when it’s appropriate to keep your oven on for hours 😂, and Chess is especially nice when you’re sitting comfortably with a pristine view of fall colors or snow-capped trees 🌲❄️

Drew’s a great conversationalist, so when you see him, you should ask him and let us know if we’re right 😜
He’s also quite familiar with the local scene, and remembers the great days of The Chapter House 🤎🤍

Stop in today for a drink, perhaps a game of Chess, and nice conversation.
Bring your laptop and your dinner & relax a bit while you work 🥳

Did you know the Texas Roadhouse in Ithaca is locally owned, and by a family not too different from ours?

It’s comfort food and a good steak when you’re craving one, plus their rolls with the honey butter are instant mood-boosters 🍯🧈😋

We also serve their peanuts at the bar 😂😂, in case you wanted something “healthier” than M&Ms and gummy bears (Albanese, of course 🫶).

All this to say, business supporting business is definitely our jam- we’ll always get behind local families supporting local families.

September always has us a little crazy, but in many of the best ways.

Thank you for showing up this past weekend and making the start of football season fun and memorable-also, what awesome starts for our favorite teams, huh!? 😉🙌

Anyway, it’s the start of another week, so let’s continue our fun! 😛

You can catch Maria behind the bar on Saturdays, but she’s full of surprises, so you may catch her on other nights, too!

She rocks the coolest hair & keeps us on our toes with a fun new color (this one happens to be our favorite 💙)

Come tonight for Monday Night Football- kickoff is at 8:15- and there’s a chance Maria could be at the pool table 🎱

It’s back-to-school with Raf! 🥳🙌

Raf is an expert bartender (he also works at Taughannock Farms Inn), and the drinks he makes are delicious! 😋🍸

He works Tuesdays, so you missed him last night—but he hopes you’ll catch him next week for some drinks, a round of pool, and some MLB action! ⚾️🎱
