The return of fall brings crisp air, crunchy leaves, and of course—the Roasted Squash & Lentil Salad.

This simple yet delicious favorite combines sautéed Lacinato kale, hearty lentils, roasted heirloom squash, fresh arugula, and pickled shallots, all tossed in our maple Dijon dressing.
