Our Story
Established in 2014. Gran Paradiso is a casually sophisticated Italian restaurant located on the south shore of Long Island in the wonderful town of Island Park, NY. Our super-talented chef, Benny has created a menu that is both traditional and inventive set in a casual atmosphere. And our General Manager, Bernardo is a charming and hardworking host, ensuring that every guest has an excellent dining experience.
Chef Benny insists that every one of his dishes is prepared using only fresh ingredients and nothing is pre-cooked. When you place your order and the ticket goes to the kitchen - then we start cooking. Fresh ingredients and freshly prepared food is very important to us. That is why we have guests who return to us week after week.
