Our Story

Bacchus is the Roman God of agriculture & wine, whom wondered the earth showing people how to grow vines and process the grapes for wine. At Bacchus Bar & Bistro we pay ommage to this god by enjoying wines’ flavorful qualities paired with seasonally inspired food. Our goal is to transport you from Sunny Southern California to the eloquent rolling hills of wine country by offering a tasting room atmosphere with exceptional food delivered right to your table. Whether you’d like to go to France, Italy, Australia, Chile, or kick back in Napa we’ll take you there with our exceptional wine list.

Unique to Bacchus is its beautiful wine bar, which utilizes a state of the art Enomatic wine preservation system. This system allows us to serve a range of weekday wines to premium weekend wines that some may never have the opportunity of trying at a regular restaurant. You can create your own tasting experience or choose from one of the nine creative flights available. In addition Bacchus offers craft beers that speak to our guests.

To compliment our beverage choices we offer gourmet appetizers, salads, and entrees created by Chef Leo. Working previously at The Winery Chef Leo states, “Food is the fabric of humankind that brings people together... I most importantly want my food to be fun & taste great... I really get joy from seeing the guests’ expression when they look at the presentation of my work. The ooohs and awes, those are my favorite!” Our kitchen’s motto is, “One Family.”
