If you put Lollapalooza + Bonaroo together, both with amazing acts, multiple stages and camping while adding a comedy section, you get The V Festival, Virgin Mobile Music Festival being hosted in Chelmsford/South Staffordshire, UK. While Blue Moose hasn't hosted too many of this year's festival acts, besides FUN. and Lissie ....it's summer still and we wish WE could pull a YOLO Summer moment and go! Wednesday became "Hump Day" as an American English modern tradition, because from on top of the work week "hill", going down is sooo much easier when the weekend is clear sight now! We have one jam-packed week of music planned for everybody. Tonight kicks it all off with Against Me!, doors open at 6pm. Tomorrow Andrew W.K. is bringing the party, starting at 8pm to all 19 and ups. Our Free Bass Dance Party will be moving to Friday night this week to make room for one MONSTER Saturday. After our Hawkeyes destroy Western Michigan's Broncos, get ready for a double event like no other. The Downstair's Main Stage will be hosting hip-hop's wild child Danny Brown and the once-upon-a-time-chef, turning rap legend Action Bronson. While upstairs will be rocking THE one and only Trippin Billies bringing you all of the best Dave Matthews Band has to offer for a fraction of the price. Wrapping everything up on Sunday will be our monthly Comedy Showcase with host Daniel Frana and special guest Bombo Belford making you laugh until your side aches.
