We just got our print proof back today for our fundraiser ✨💕✨ The preorders are officially closed, but we printed off some extra that will be available next week in the restaurant. To all the folks that helped us, thank you so so much! You all will receive an email this weekend, but pickup will start next Thursday.

Thanks to all y'all, we've recouped just under half of our losses, which is a HUGE help! We appreciate ya so much!

The only way to celebrate the day: PASTA! We got two specials tonight for ya ✨

First, the classic Spaghetti and Meatballs. What can we say, it's a classic and it's fu***ng amazing. Those meatballs are quarter pounders each with a gracious amount of parm on top

Second is Farfalle with Crimini Mushrooms, Swiss Chard, & Shallots with Marscarpone and Porcini Mushroom Oil. It tastes like a light jaunt through the woods.

Yoooo, got any plans after the race on Sunday? We'll answer for you - YES!

We are teaming up with our local butcher buddies at to have a helluva grill out after the 500. We'll be doing a simple menu of Burgers, Korean Sausages, and Texas Red Hots (plus sides). It's local, it's fun, it's casual.

We'll have regular brunch hours, then the grill starts up at 5pm. If a random dad shows up for a tall boy and watch us grill & comment we are totally prepared for that.

Howdy friends! We have had tons of people asking about Parkside Fundraiser, so I wanted to make a post about the details.

The fundraiser is a "pay what you want" art print fundraiser that goes towards helping recoup some of the damages by the break-in that happened last week. The print itself is the illustration above (done by me 💕) of the Sunken Gardens here in Garfield Park!

We are going to keep the fundraiser link up in our bio through next Thursday, then I will get them printed & prepared. We'll send out an email if you purchase one for pickup info, but they should be ready a week or two after sales close.

Seriously, we appreciate all the help everyone has provided, wouldn't be here without all of ya! To our friends who have already bought prints, we appreciate you ✨ If you have any questions, just shoot us a DM.

Alright friends, we've got our bearings about us again! Kind of! Since we were able to get back open, our next two steps after the break-in: two fundraisers. One for us to help recoup the money lost from damages, stolen cash, and not being able to open for a day. The other, for our sweet, sweet neighborhood. And it's TONIGHT.

Let's start with the one for lil old us: a "Pay What You Want" print sale of my illustration of the Sunken Gardens! I had tons of people asking me if they could donate, which is just so nice. I thought that a way to spread some love would be to offer some art instead of doing a GoFundMe - click on links in the bio, and it is the square link labeled Art Print Fundraiser!

Second: TONIGHT! It's Lasagna Night, aka our first community dinner, and the robbery ain't stopping us. We made a f**k ton (like four full pans) of lasagna. Yes, one is vegetarian. $22 gets you a lasagna dinner with salad and garlic bread! 20% of profits are donated to the Garfield Park Neighbors Association including beer & wine sales! Starts at 6pm, swing by!

Side Note: Gotta tell you how much we love Garfield Park. No exaggeration, 5 minutes after posting about the break-in, I had several neighbors show up offering help. Within 15 minutes, I had several dozen messages from neighbors sending support and asking what they could do. Truly, something remarkable. Its this love that propels us forward, and we are extremely grateful to all of you 💕 Love ya!
