From our Head Brewer: Space Cadet gets its name from the fresh single hop used in this b**r, Strata! First introduced in 2018, Strata made a huge impact on modern b**rs with its bold tropical and citrus aromas, quickly becoming a favorite among brewers, including our very own Head Brewer!

Back in 2021, Chris brewed his first Strata b**r, and it was a huge success! Getting the chance to brew with it again this year has been especially rewarding, resulting in an even more hop-forward, amazingly fresh b**r. 🍻👨‍🚀
