Sometimes you find a place or a moment in time that feels magical, a break from the mundane and the monotony. A place where, even though things aren’t perfect, they feel more perfect than anywhere else. For us, this special place was Triton Brewing Company—the realization of a dream. Unfortunately, such magical places don’t last forever.

Supply line challenges, a soft labor market, ever-shrinking margins, the attenuation of the craft beer market, and increased competition have all led us to this point. While we are sad to go, we want to spend our remaining days celebrating with our friends and family who have made these last 13+ years amazing.

Join us on Saturday, December 14, for our final day of operation, our Triton Army “See You Later” celebration. Have a beer, share some memories, and join us in celebrating an incredible 13 years! Dave and Jon, along with our team, greatly appreciate everyone who has come in over the years. We have met so many people and made many new friends whom we will cherish long after our doors close.

It's Rail Splitter IPA's Birthday!

The first batch of our “Flagship IPA,” Rail Splitter IPA®, was originally brewed on July 26, 2010, a test batch more than a year before Triton Brewing Company® officially opened.

Today, we will raise a pint of Rail Splitter IPA®, and toast all who have helped to make this beer our most recognized brand. Cheers!

The great thing about the Hatchblower Pepper IPA is that it's really a Rail Splitter IPA that's been "Run through the garden," with the addition of jalapeno, green bell pepper and chipotles. We love the Rail Splitter and the Hatchblower!

Today, July 26th, is the 12th Birthday of our very own Rail Splitter IPA®!
Brewed the first time in 2010, the Rail Splitter® is legitimately the beer that helped make Triton Brewing Company® the organization we are today.
Our flagship beer, and a true example of the style, the Rail Splitter® is a fresh, amber-colored brew with noticeable citrus and floral aromas balanced on a nice malty backbone with a dry finish.
Fourteen months after the first test batch, Triton Brewing® opened at our current location on Indianapolis’ East Side in a mule barn that was formerly part of Fort Benjamin Harrison.
We are excited to be able to celebrate 12 years of our favorite IPA and to share it with the good people who enjoy it! Cheers from your friends at Triton Brewing Company®!
