It’s Margarita Monday at McSweeney’s!! Unfortunately , Margarita Monday has taken a back seat to many things lately but today it’s making a comeback!! Today we will not only have $8 Margaritas but also we are featuring a Mexican inspired appetizer, Mini Chicken Tacos !! Our famous Margs with Mini Chicken Tacos are a perfect match !!! We might be an Irish Pub but we know how to make a delicious Margaritas!! Today the Margarita flavors are endless , Raspberry, Blueberry, Rhubarb, and Lime !! Made with all fresh ingredients!! Today the Town of Indian Lake celebrates the impeding retirement of our local priest Father Allen . ♥️♥️♥️ Father Allen embodies everything a priest should be in a community. He has been a faithful servant to God and this town and we will miss him deeply. I personally will miss hearing all the laughter Dave and Father have over their morning coffee . ♥️♥️ We have been truly blessed to call Father our friend. Enjoy retirement Father Allen !!! You certainly deserve it !!We love you !!! ♥️♥️♥️

So, here’s a little throwback !! 🥳 I know we are five months in the new year but as I was doing some housekeeping with my photos I realized these pictures were never posted!! We hope your 2026 is going great !! And FYI our next party will be sometime in July !! My daughter and her boyfriend will be traveling from Hong Kong to see us !! Details will follow soon !!! First things first we are open today !!! The National Grid repair today does not affect our hours of operation (Power is back on) !!! We are here to serve you !! We are finally staying to see some bike traffic thanks to the warmer weather !! 🥳🥳🥳 Even Gary stopped in on his E-Bike !! 😂But in all seriousness we don’t care if you’re in a car, on a motorcycle, riding a snowmobile or on your trusty E-bike we just want to see you at McSweeney’s !!! McSweeney’s is a great ride from any location !! Just a reminder we are open 7days a week with the kitchen open from11am-9pm. So, why not plan a trip to McSweeney’s soon!! I always say McSweeney’s is a great place to celebrate your birthday and Sunday night was no exception!! And it might be a first but we got to celebrate dual birthdays!!! We celebrated Arlo and Macie’s 26th Birthday and Haylie’s 21st!!! It was a fun filled night with dancing, singing and of course some drinking!! 🥳 It was a privilege to be a part of your big day !! We hope all your birthday wishes come true !!! We love you guys !! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

The weekend is here and I’m super excited .! I’m refreshed and ready to go !! This weekend we will be serving lots of delicious items ! I know it’s going to be bathing season soon 🤞but I’m pushing some amazing desserts and hand crafted cocktails this weekend . We have a wild blueberry and lemon cake as well as a raspberry lemon cheesecake for dessert . We are pairing them with a vanilla ice cream swirled with blueberry and raspberry and oatmeal cinnamon crumbles !! Even though I’m on a diet I had to try the ice cream !😏It’s so good !! Yesterday I squeezed a lot of lemons and limes and made lots of simple syrups for this weekends cocktails ! We will continue with the lemon theme behind the bar as well making lemon drop martinis . But not just an ordinary lemon drop we will have blueberry and raspberry as well as the traditional! I made hibiscus syrup too so I’m thinking a hibiscus spritz . And because I’m on a diet and thinking about food a lot we will have a chocolate martini (dessert in a glass) ♥️. As always we will have margaritas made with only the best ingredients! If you’re like me trying to get off the winter weight come try one of the best salads around ! This weekend we will have a Chicken Apple cheddar salad and mediterranean Chicken Salad . Because I’m a salad connoisseur I can guarantee you won’t regret having a salad at McSweeney’s! We also have a new appetizer item tonight Garlic Parmesan Ranch French Fries to try ! I have a lot more things up my sleeve so I hope to see you all this weekend !! It’s good to be back behind the bar !!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️
