Big things are growing over here 🌱

We’re beyond excited to officially share that Westbound & Down has a little farm.

Last week, some of our team came out to help get plants in the ground. This marks the beginning of something we’ve been dreaming about for a long time: growing fresh produce that we can bring straight into the kitchens at our Idaho Springs and Lafayette locations.

And to top it all off, wrapped up the day by grilling tacos for the crew!

West Coast-Style IPA brewed and dry-hopped with our hand-selected lots of Citra T-90, Citra Cryo and a touch of Simcoe, weaving together sweet citrus, stone fruit and tropical flavors and aromas. A pleasant bitterness lends to an increased drinkability and is accompanied by a clean, dry and refreshing finish.
