Opening is coming quicker than we know it! As we get all of the final touches complete, we’re letting you know just what we’re all about!

We aren’t just your average butcher or market, we’re so much more than that! We offer a full menu of hand-crafted items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Here’s a preview of just a handful of the items on our menu! From our flaky, rich and unapologetically good Biscuits & Gravy featuring our signature original breakfast sausage for breakfast to sandwiches like The River City Reuben and Black Bag BBQ and Curated Boards
built by the people who actually know their craft. We know these will quickly become some of your favorites. We can’t wait to invite you to try them and to check out the rest of our menu.

What a weekend it was and whirlwind of a Monday it’s been around here! Lots of cleaning, putting shelves/equipment together, setting it in place, and having plumbing and electrical fixtures put in! This week has been a busy one! The ceiling got painted, HVAC/Sheet Metal are working on finishing up the venting for the smoker and we received another equipment delivery!

Thanks to our GC from Obsidian Construction, we’ve got to work with some great local companies throughout this construction process like Border Sheet Metal, Strum Heating & Cooling, GK Painting, and more!
