To everyone who pulled up a chair at our table-

It’s hard to believe it’s been a whole year since we closed the doors of Pickled Owl. Time has flown by—but before we move too far forward, we wanted to officially share our endless gratitude as we close this chapter.

After nine amazing years, it was one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever made. The Owl wasn’t just a business—it was a part of our lives, and you all became part of our story. Whether you stopped in once or a hundred times, you helped make our little gastropub a home filled with laughter, memories, and plenty of scratch-cooked meals (and a few beers shared along the way).

We’re so grateful for every moment: the busy nights, the quiet afternoons, the celebrations, and even the chaos. We miss the buzz, the smells from the kitchen, the live music from local talent—and most of all, the friendships and connections we made along the way.

We also want to give a special, heartfelt thank you to the incredible staff who stood beside us over the years- pouring your talent, energy, and heart into every shift.

Thank you for giving us nine incredible years, for making the Owl a special place, and for being part of our journey. We carry all of it with us.

From our family to yours, thank you, thank you, thank you. Here’s to whatever comes next…and who knows…maybe someday we’ll get the itch to fire up the kitchen again.
