A special celebration in anticipation of new life.

This weekend, we had the privilege of serving at an event for our good friends. It was a special occasion, a dual celebration: a baby shower and a victory over cancer. The beautiful backstory is that our dear friends faced challenges with pregnancy the first time, eventually conceiving Isaiah through IVF. Shortly after, we received the shocking news that our friend Abel had been diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. This was a huge blow to us, and undoubtedly to the Salinas family as well. However, this weekend was proof that miracles are real; the Salinas family are now preparing to welcome baby Julian without IVF, and Abel’s cancer is in remission! Thank you, God! 🙏🏽

Our neighbor was kind enough to gift us some Apricots from her tree. Naturally we used them to test out some cocktails! First picture is our take on a margarita made with Repo, Apricot syrup, agave and lime. Second picture is a Apricot Old Fashioned made with our Apricot syrup and bitters!
