The Mad Hatter 🍔🔥

One of our original gourmet burgers, The Mad Hatter starts with a fresh 1/3 lb locally sourced beef patty blended with mild green chiles for an extra layer of flavor. It’s topped with melted pepper jack cheese, crispy beer-battered jalapeño and mild pepper rings, and finished with a touch of mayo. The perfect combination of savory, spicy, and crunchy, it’s no wonder this burger has become a fan favorite! 🤤
