3 grilled tortilla shells filled with Cajun salmon, shredded red cabbage, housemade corn salsa, cilantro lime sauce, tajin, and limes

8oz salmon, sliced into thin strips and breaded in housemade dry rub. Grilled until crispy, served over a bed of spinach and topped with Parmesan cheese and balsalmic glaze

Dessert: Colossal Cinnamon Bun ($12.00)
