Shocker, right!? For some of you, this may not come as much of a surprise—you may have already guessed it! And yes, we heard the chatter!
One question Craig hears again and again is, “When are you going to open another restaurant?”
We can’t promise you that…but we CAN promise you some damn good food!!
If you remember The Overtime on 4th Street, you already know what Craig can do in the kitchen!
As a former co-owner of the beloved Overtime, Craig built a reputation for serving incredible food. His talents weren’t limited to dry land, either! During his time working on towboats along the Ohio River, he became a sought-after cook among boat captains who knew a great meal when they tasted one.
Today, Craig continues to share his love of cooking by catering private events upon request, as well as the go-to-guy for family gatherings. Oh…he has a day job too!😆
And if there’s one thing he hears more than anything else, is how much everyone misses those famous pork chops! (Or, low-key, his Cherry Chimichangas!)

On Saturday, October 17, Craig is taking over the YMI kitchen for ONE NIGHT ONLY!
