DECEMBERFEST SERIES
12/3 "So Long & Thanks for all the Wine." The year isn't over yet.

12/10 “Smitten with Wine.” Our continued tradition of The Sound of Music singalong WS. “Raindrops on roses & whiskers on kittens, bright copper kettles & warm woolen mittens.” (We simply remember our favorite drink & then the singing isn’t so bad.)

12/17 “Flannel Fling.” The annual WS flannel plaid pajama party.

12/24 “The Grenache that Stole Christmas.” Move over Grinch… Grenache is stealing this Christmas.

12/31 “Bling in the New Year.” A special WS to ring in the new year. Wear sparkly clothing, drink sparkly stuff, done & done.

THE NEW YEAR SERIES
1/7 It’s 2025—Get Your Sip Together

1/14 Wine Vows: vow to have an adventurous year exploring new wines, like six per week at wine school every Tuesday perhaps?

1/21 No Shortcuts—there are no short cuts to making wine. Great things take a great deal of time & patience. Here’s to 2025 may we all aspire to be great & patient!

1/28 The beauty of community. It takes a village—and apparently a vineyard.

THE APRÈS SKI SERIES
2/4 But First, there was Après. We didn’t invent it but we certainly aim to perfect it.

2/11 We go together like Après & Ski, Wine & Chocolate, Peanut Butter & Jelly, Ham & Cheese, Bread & Butter, Milk & Cookies. Cupid’s arrow has some great aim for perfect pairings—let’s celebrate them right in time for Valentine’s Day!

2/18 Après Ski School: learn to Après Ski in Six easy sips. The perfect Après Ski party includes a perfectly refreshing beverage, a gourmet snack & the perfect snowy outfit.

2/25 Après Ski Patrol: disaster can happen with wine making, wine opening & wine service… what counts is that someone capable comes to your rescue or you save yourself. 🎿❄️🏂🇨🇭

ZE PARTY SERIES, LET’S STAY BUSY HAVING FUN & SPRING WILL GET HERE SOONER
3/4 Unmask Your Favorite Grape’s Identity 🎭 Mardi Gras is here, let us masquerade about while revealing our favorite grape at this year’s Fat Tuesday festivities.

3/11 Eat, Drink & Be a wine lover. Let’s celebrate St. Patrick’s Day a wee bit early 🍀

3/18 Wine Madness — there has never been a sports themed Wine School. Grab your favorite team’s jersey & let the team spirit soar. ⚽️🏀🏈⚾️🎾🏐🏓🏒

3/25 The Wine Bug—loving wine is certainly contagious. How did you catch the wine bug? 🐞 ❤️🐿️🍷

4/1 April Fool’s Day Wine School… we knew this day would come 😈 the only unfair thing to joke about would be that you ran out of wine…

4/8 the 400th Wine School. A good enough reason to party indeed!

H E L L O H U N T E R ! W I N E S C H O O L T H E M E A N N O U N C E M E N T - We anticipate the whole year t...

H E L L O H U N T E R ! W I N E S C H O O L T H E M E A N N O U N C E M E N T - We anticipate the whole year to sell out, I have kept you hanging with releasing themes so I thought I would drop the whole year's calendar accordingly so you can arrange your schedules around it. Text me to book 518-755-8630. Wine School is officially *ON* in Hunter now & it is ramping up fast. Every Tuesday at 7:00 we welcome you for the highly coveted welcome drink, the famous six wine blind tasting & delectable pairings. We now offer a side menu to order from before or during W.S. of flammkuchen (German pizza), house made warm pretzels, cheese boards & dessert to name a few. IT IS GOING TO BE EVEN HARDER TO GET IN... RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR TUESDAYS. Thank you for your continued love & support of Wine School! 2,136 different wines tasted to date.;

6/11 “Do You Want a Picture or a Sip?!” Overheard at Wine School series, do you want to snap a pic of that delicious bottle you just had or do you want another sip… or both?

6/18 “Wine School Spirit Night.” Wear your favorite shade of wine: red, white or rosé, let’s see the divide in team spirit.

6/25 “Feel Free to Sip Ahead.” Many WS participants like to study ahead… as in sip the wines in front of them the moment they sit down

7/2 “Red, white & brew.” Now that Ze Wine is married to Ze Beer under one roof, it seems appropriate to celebrate the glorious 4th accordingly.

7/9 “Time After Time.” The WS Prom, dress to impress. Wine flies when you’re having fun. We will vote for the new King & Queen of WS & pass the crown down from last year’s royal couple.

7/16 “Ze French Alps” a French inspired picnique theme for the week of Bastille Day

7/23 “Spicoli’s Cool Buzz.” A continuation of last summer’s “Tasty Waves” beach party themed WS. Get out your beach shirt, sun hat & catch the cool buzz.

7/30 “If I May Say… What the Flock?” This year’s flamingo party: let’s stand tall, wear pink, drink pink & flamingle.

8/6 “No Pressure---No Diamonds.” This summer’s Denim & Diamond themed wine school, dress accordingly. Great things happen under pressure, diamonds & wine are some examples.

8/13 “Christmas in July.” Let’s have some mid summer holiday cheer & surprise one another with a gift exchange & Christmas giving vibes in July

8/20 “Wine School Twang” Our Western themed tradition. Dust off your cowboy or cowgirl boots & grab your hat.

8/27 “Tomay-to/Tomah-toe” No Matter How you say it… we are going to let the tomato shine in the pairings of this WS.

*Ze Jäger Series* Let’s enter a realm of celebrating our Hunter roots with Alpine routes!

9/3 “Ze Jäger Hunter Hof” Here’s a fun fact: Jäger means Hunter in German… berg means mountain, so Jägerberg means Hunter Mountain. (We know, your mind just exploded) So, essentially each week at Wine School we are hunting for new wines.

9/10 “The Wine Hunter.” *See last week’s theme!

9/17 “Ein Prosit.” Quite perfectly… Let’s propose a toast.

9/24 “Zzz Fest” Spaetzle, pretzel, zweigelt, zinfandel… Let’s face it, great things have Zs in them

*Alpen Fest Series* The Oktoberfest celebrations start in September around here but continue well into their namesake, enjoy a series of Alps inspired Wine School evenings, dirndls & lederhosen are encouraged but of course not mandatory.

10/1 “KP-Fest, Karl Plattner Fest.” Celebrating the legendary KP in style with the Austrian Alps in our hearts.

10/8 “Bavarian Alps Fest.” Cuckoo clocks, trachten wear, fancy cars, beer… things we LOVE come from the Bavarian Alps.

10/15 “Italian Alps Fest.” The Italian section of the alps are under celebrated… we are going to change that.

10/22 “Swiss Alps Fest.” Yodel-ay-hee-hoooooo. Battle of the yodelers. Yodeling will not be required but will very much be encouraged at what we anticipate to be the echoing triumph of our mountain top town.

10/29 “French Alps Fest.” Fest season isn’t over but it does fall close to Halloween, so “Déjà-Bu” will be a night of costumes galore. We all know what Déjà-vu means… but what about Déjà-BOO?

11/5 “Eiswein Fest.” Let’s end the WS night with the nectar of the gods, the sweet treat nature gives us during certain harvest seasons.

11/12 “It Was the Best of the Wurst Times…” We might need a break after all these FEST celebrations.

11/19 “Pray for Snow, Thanks in Advance.” We are thankful & we are also skiiers & snowboarders.

11/26 All Spruced Up. December is right around the corner, spruce yourself up.

12/3 So Long & Thanks for all the Wine.

12/31 “Bling in the New Year.” Wear sparkly clothing, drink sparkly stuff, done & done.
