It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of James S. Neiman.

Jim Sr. was a deeply admired family man, cherished friend, and respected businessman whose vision, dedication, and generosity left a lasting impact on countless lives.

Through his leadership and contributions to Neiman Enterprises, Jim Sr. helped build an enduring legacy in the sawmill and timber industry. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to the Hulett community were also instrumental in the development of The Golf Club at Devils Tower, a special place that will remain a lasting testament to his vision.

While his professional accomplishments were significant, Jim Sr's greatest legacy will be the relationships he built, the family he loved, and the positive influence he had on those fortunate enough to know him.

Jim Sr. is survived by his beloved wife, Sally Ann Neiman.

On behalf of everyone at The Golf Club at Devils Tower, we extend our deepest condolences to the entire Neiman family.

Rest in peace, Jim Sr.

A little piece of Black Hills history, right here in Hulett.

Originally built in 1895, our red birch back-bar once stood inside the Cowboy Bar in Belle Fourche before Jim Neiman Sr. purchased it and gave it a new home. Carefully restored and still turning heads more than 130 years later, it now serves as the centerpiece of 77 Steakhouse & Saloon.

Pull up a seat and take in a piece of the past. 🥃
