Our Story

Our taproom is open Wednesday through Sunday serving our handcrafted beer and food. We began home-brewing 13 years ago and in 2009 Cory completed the American Brewer’s Guild Craft Brewer’s Apprenticeship Program. After that we began recipe development and business planning. We didn’t expect things to take as long as they did, but we feel that the extra time has allowed our vision to really take shape!

Three of our ten taps will always pour our Golden Genesis, Cuyahoga Brown, and North East Ohio IPA. The others will house a variety of beers which will rotate through our constantly expanding recipe book.

We have a kitchen that is starting out with a small menu in order to help us focus on the quality of our food. Check out our jumbo pretzel with beer cheese and our hop pickled eggs!
