Hello Meeple Fans! During our Final Farewell charity auction last year, one of the most sought after items was the trio of Pokemon shadowboxes that adorned the Meeple's walls throughout our entire existence. Through a twist of fate, those shadowboxes have come back into our possession and are once again available!

The shadowboxes, along with a variety of great packages featuring experiences and activities throughout Ohio, will be a part of Ravenwood Castle's brand new Hoop & Stick Con Online, a virtual auction benefiting Extra Life and Akron Children's Hospital!

The auction itself goes live in two weeks, on February 14th at 8:15 AM, and will be accepting bids until February 20th at 7:00 PM. But you can check out the auction site now at https://www.32auctions.com/HoopandStick2023 and watchlist any items that strike your fancy.

Thanks to everyone who joined us for our Final Farewell Event on Saturday, June 25th! We raised over $9,000 for the Alzheimer's Association in support of The Longest Day. 💜

Meeple's Final Adventure Update

We're down to only two days left in the Meeple's Final Adventure. We've raised over $2,800 for the Alzheimer's Association through our charity marathon and memorabilia and decor sales, and we haven't even gotten to the board game library auction yet!

Join us tonight and tomorrow for one last beer, milkshake and board game. And of course you won't want to miss tomorrow's Board Game Auction at our Final Farewell event - see yesterday's post for details and auction rules.

Please bear in mind that we are closing in two days, and are operating in "wind down" mode. That means we will be running out of certain menu items throughout the day tomorrow. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Thank you all for your interest in The Meeple's Final Farewell Event and game auction this Saturday, June 25th.

Please take note of the auction guidelines below:

◉ The current auction price for the board game library will be listed on the main chalkboard to the left of the bar.

◉ Once purchased, all games must be removed from the Meeple or marked with a "Sold" sticker.

◉ During auction hours, we ask that guests only check out one game to play at a time.

◉ Games currently being played are still available for purchase to non-players, though we ask the purchasing donor to allow the current players to finish their game.

◉ No cash donations accepted.

The Meeple's Final Farewell Event is this Saturday, June 25th and we will be auctioning off our entire board game library. Starting at 12 PM, all games will be available for a $50 donation to Alzheimer's Association in support of The Longest Day.

Throughout the day we will be periodically reducing that amount with the goal being that the entire library is gone by the end of the day.
