Seventy-seven years later, the Negret Wine Company (NWCo) will open its doors in early 2015 and continue this proud family tradition. With over 30 years of experience, 3rd-generation winemaker Vincent Negret wanted to bring the family business into the modern age by establishing an urban winery committed to sourcing its ingredients locally and enriching the surrounding community. He found that inspiration in Hudson, WI. From the beautiful harbor to its cheerful local citizens, Hudson is the ideal location for the Negret family tradition to live on. Plus, the area’s multiple local vineyards have provided NWCo with ideal grape source partners, ensuring our wines are as locally produced as possible.
