Truth be told, I’m not a social media master.
Should I post more? Yes. Does it make me feel like I’m behind when I don’t because algorithms are a nasty thing? Also yes.
But here’s the real thing… we are a small family business, our pictures are from an iphone, and keeping our people happy in person and throughout their entire booking experience and big day will ALWAYS be priority over a social media post and large presence on here. I’m old school to my core. 😆🤷🏼♀️
But rest assured… just because our page isnt loud and flashy we are still busy and still having fun slingin’ em up just right for you!
So here’s one giant post to catch you all up. 🫶🏼
We had our biggest day in business back in October with 3 weddings at the same time. It was all hands on deck and the girls were all out doing what they do best, serving amazing folks like you that make it possible for us! We were all over Michigan that day (Julia and Paige even helped with dog sitting) and each wedding went off without a hitch, I couldn’t have been more thankful and proud. 🤗 🥂
We were completely booked through the entire fall season and I was beyond blown away by the way word of mouth spreads. Another reason we will always put people first, referrals are the life line of small businesses. 🙏🏼
We have expanded our services with “extra hands” help for bussing tables, scraping dishes, keeping things stocked etc. and that has been wildly successful. It’s crazy how many venues don’t offer that kind of service, so we’ve got your back!
Being a family business my son also got to partake in 2 events this year as those “extra hands” and that was beyond cool to watch. Proud Mom moment for sure and I truly believe instilling great work ethic young is so important. He did incredible and he’s looking forward to doing more this year alongside my niece as well!
And last bit of news…
We’ve ventured in to the world of corporate mocktail events. (More details soon but we had 2 of those to close out the season and they were great!)
So here we are, all caught up. From private parties, weddings, and corporate events… It’s been an amazing first full year in business for us and I cannot thank you all enough! We couldn’t do it without you. 🙌🏼
