Our raspberry IPA lovingly called "Razz Hands" This is a 7 percent hop monster featuring Citra and Eldorado hops. Massive amounts at flameout and a big dry hop too. After all the magic was done in the fermenter we added a half pound per gallon of frozen raspberries. The hoppiness and the tartness from the berries work wonders together. Watch out for some free beer soon, we just got some cans in.
