To everyone who has supported Mobile Mixology over the last 15 years — thank you. This page has been part of birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and so many celebrations in between, and none of it would've been possible without you.
I'm officially closing this chapter. Truth be told, I've been quietly transitioning away from Mobile Mixology for almost 3 years now. This business served its purpose during a season when I was a single mom to 2 amazing boys — who are now young men — and it taught me more than I ever could've planned or hoped for. The ups, the downs, and the low-downs. All of it.
I couldn't have made this decision without my mentors, my close circle of business friends, and my personal support system. Because of them, I was able to let Mobile Mixology go and start searching for the next step in my career and future.
That search led me to James & Stephanie with RWI — and becoming a permanent fixture on their team was one of the easiest decisions I've ever made. I get to take everything I learned running this business — event planning, staffing, food & beverage consultation, and building a positive company culture — and bring it to a team with the fire and structure to match.
So here's where you can find me now 👇
🍸 RWI Event Management & Services — Food & beverage staffing for any event.
• House parties? Let's bring the energy.
• Weddings? Let us add to your amazingly special day.
• Corporate events? Leave the professional partying to us — we'll make sure there aren't any viral videos at your next staff meeting.
• Festivals & stadium events? We can handle it — just ask NRG Park.
• We're licensed, insured, and ready to take the stress of finding professional, reliable staff off your plate.
🍧 RWI Confections & Gelu Italian Ice — Food trucks and frozen ice cream carts available for events of any size! Birthdays, block parties, festivals, sporting events, markets, stadiums, arenas, water parks... we're a permanent fixture at many high-volume venues across Texas and have been part of countless community events. We just landed in over 100 7-Elevens through our retail branch too! Along with Italian ice, we bring ice cream, cookies, churros, funnel cakes, and cotton candy.
If Mobile Mixology has been your go-to, I'd love for you to follow along with what's next. Same passion, same care, new name(s).
