Hearsay on the Strand was proud to host a celebration of giving with Landmark Hospitality Group, Advanced Diagnostics Healthcare System, and Ronald McDonald House of Galveston, marking the donation of more than 300 backpacks for children and families in need.

Created by our pastry chef Franck Anglow, this seasonal dessert combines spiced almond cake, poached apple, almond crumble, bourbon crème anglaise, and vanilla ice cream. A little spice, a little crunch, and a comforting finish to your meal.
