Yeah, you might have heard our NEW brunch menu debuts tomorrow, but there’s someone who has helped make sure it’s going to be super special.
We’d like to formally introduce our new Executive Chef, Jacob Coronado. He is known for his bold flavors and dishes that carry a lot of personality (to stand up to his own) It’s just delicious, modern food flanked with fun and enthusiasm. Whether you’re new to Houston or you’ve been here a while, you’ll likely have had Jacob’s cooking, and we can’t wait to keep on inflicting his big personality on the entire menu, whether it be our all-day menu, Steak Wednesdays and definitely his ALL HANDMADE pastas on Pasta Tuesday, which is his big passion project. If you haven’t seen him here yet, you may have seen him around town— likely with his adorable dog, Beans, in tow and sporting the most recent Houston Rockets swag.
Jacob and the team have been hard at work putting this new menu together, and we could not be more excited to show y’all what we’ve got in store. Stop by tomorrow or Sunday for brunch from 11am-330pm and check it out, and be sure to say hello to Jacob next time you’re at BLT!
