Today's post takes us back to Street Car Takeover Charlotte at ZMAX Dragway where the Street Racer Wild class witnessed an all-Circle D Specialties and all-S2000 final round of racing between competitors Richard C. Flint & Travis Mangum!

Both racers put up killer runs with Richard grabbing the W running a killer 6.982 pass at a whopping 209.65 MPH!! 🚀🥇

Both S2000's are equipped with turbo LS powerplants backed by close ratio TH400 transmissions. Richard runs one of our Pro Series 264mm billet bolt-together spragless torque converters, and Travis runs one of our Pro Series 252mm billet bolt-together spragless torque converters. 😎

This was also Richard's first-ever 6-second run made during competition which makes this win all the more special!

Big bad Devin Vanderhoof got his street car into the 3's recently during testing with this blistering 3.94 run at 192 MPH!!🚀

Devin set out with a goal to get this car into the 3's without turning the lock-up on. He also managed to crack the 3-second barrier while in full drag & drive trim as well as while still sporting the 1/4-mile gearing in the rear axle. 💪

Devin's hot rod is equipped with one of our Pro Series 264mm billet bolt-together spragless lock-up TH400 torque converters. As with all of our 264mm builds, Devin's is equipped with our unique CFD-modeled 5-axis CNC-machined billet steel airfoil stator technology. 😎

A turbocharged, all-cast big block Chevrolet engine from PAR Racing Engines provides motivation all of which is backed by a Rossler Transmissions Inc lock-up TH400 transmission. 🙌

We're proud to have our Pro Series 264mm billet bolt-together spragless torque converter on board for this momentous occasion! As with all of our 264mm models, Keith's is equipped with our custom CFD-modeled 5-axis CNC-machined billet steel airfoil stator technology. 😎

Making this accomplishment all the more impressive is the fact that Keith's hot rod is powered by a 5.4L 4-valve Ford Modular engine featuring an OEM Ford production cast engine block as well as OEM Ford production cast cylinder heads. 🤯

Check out our buddy Kenny Dangler of Northern Performance laying down 2,044 WHP with his new 428 cubic inch hydraulic roller LS engine combo! 💪

The new bullet was built by Kenny himself in his shop & features a set of CIDHeads - Competition Induction Designs LS7 cast cylinder heads with custom port work done by CT Porting. A custom hydraulic roller camshaft designed & ground by Brian Tooley Racing provides valve motion via a set of Johnson Lifters. A Forcedinductions.com GTR 122mm turbo provides all the positive atmosphere needed to produce these stellar power output numbers, and did so at 35 PSI of boost on this pull. 😎

Power is routed to the tires through one of our Pro Series 264mm billet bolt-together spragless torque converters featuring our custom CFD-modeled 5-axis CNC-machined billet steel airfoil stator technology. 🚀

This we're featuring this absolute rocket ship of an S10 campaigned by the father-son duo of Steven & Isiah Carter. 🚀

This hot rod pick-up has been as quick as 3.89 so far courtesy of an ACE Racing Engines 400 cubic inch LS engine featuring a Noonan Race Engineering billet block, cast LS7 heads from CIDHeads - Competition Induction Designs, a custom Brian Tooley Racing camshaft, and 114mm single turbo.

One of our Pro Series 264mm billet bolt-together spragless torque converters backs up the potent small block powerplant. As with all of our 264's, Steven & Isiah's features one of our premium CFD-modeled 5-axis CNC-machined billet steel airfoil stators. Our converter sends all that ACE power back to the 275's through a close ratio 3-speed TH400 transmission. 😎

This # we're showcasing the killer Ford Falcon built & campaigned by Dalton Stout.

Dalton recently ran a PB 4.99 pass at 142 MPH using one of our Pro Series 245mm billet single disc 4L80E '3C' torque converters!! Check out that stout 1.18 short time, too! 👀

We believe this may be the quickest pass made so far by any customer using one of our 245mm torque converters! 🚀

Dalton's little shoebox Ford is packing some punch under the hood in the form of a 383 cubic inch LS engine equipped with a ProCharger Superchargers F-1X head unit. The combo runs on E85 & is backed by a transbrake-equipped 4L80E transmission. Race weight on this street car checks in at 3,100-lbs. 😎
