B***y bowls for breakfast! Man these were awesome!!
Liberally coated sirloin cooked on a bed of sautéed onions then topped with fried eggs seasoned with b***y rub and cheese. A side of avocado because green is good.
No complaints here with that heb brand cheese!

So, you know how we roll. One project after another.

Let me be the first to introduce you to this bright and lively UNNAMED hot sauce!

This sauce is a more traditional hot sauce with only 1 ingredient…. The African Fitalii pepper.

The Fitallii pepper has more fruit and citrus flavor than the habanero and delivers a short lived sear on your tongue. This will quickly be a favorite among those wanting to taste AND feel the hot sauce.

This is NOT on the same heat scale as the truffle sauces FYI
