We invite you to come to our French restaurant, where everything, from the inviting outside facade, to the intriguing interior design, to the high quality service, is meant to convey a feeling of truly being in France, our native country. The owners of Étoile, husband and wife team Chef Philippe Verpiand and Monica Bui, have created a space for fine food lovers to come together and enjoy excellent

cuisine and service, not on special occasions, but every day. Upscale, but cozy, we have created a dinner party atmosphere, while remaining unpretentious and comfortable. However, our fine French food is front and center. Chef Philippe offers a traditional and seasonal menu that changes to offer the freshest produce and ingredients available. Chef Philippe combines his native, regional fare and the idea of fresh, local ingredients with modern food concepts to create distinctive and delicious dishes.

From Tuesday, May 19 through Saturday, May 23, we are offering a special 4-course, crawfish-filled menu during lunch and dinner. The $78 prix-fixe menu by Chef Philippe Verpiand highlights French-style crawfish dishes including Crawfish Bisque, Crawfish & Scallop Vol au Vent and Roasted Chicken with Crawfish Tails and morel mushroom sauce - a recipe he learned form his grandmother! - followed by a berry dessert. À la carte options will also be available.

- Master Chef Philippe Verpiand’s own special Bouillabaisse, much like the traditional stew which originated with Marseille fishermen, made with freshly caught fish and a variety of seafood served in a slow-simmered seafood broth

- Dover Sole ~ delicate white fish cooked whole with a lemon- brown butter sauce then brought to the table for inspection. The kitchen then removes the bones before presenting the finished dish to the table.

We are still celebrating Mardi Gras here at Etoile! Today and tomorrow - February 20 & 21 - come enjoy a Flaming Crepe Suzette!
