MizzMegan is a Houston DJ, producer, and lifelong performer whose relationship with music began in the dance studio. A trained dancer with deep roots in tap, her sets and productions are driven less by genre than by a simple instinct: does it make you want to move?

She began her DJ career within Justin Jay’s Fantastic Voyage community, hosting the label’s first Houston residency before becoming a Fantastic Voyage artist herself. Since then, she’s taken the stage at Dirtybird Campout, and spent years curating Fantastic Finds, her recurring music discovery series for The Department of Dance. Her productions, edits, and collaborations have appeared across Fantastic Voyage, Rooms Inc. (UK), BangersOnly, and Now That’s What I Call Bootlegs, while her genre-fluid DJ sets pull freely from house, disco, breaks, techno, bass, funk, and whatever else feels right on the dance floor.

Now a resident at Houston’s The Flat, MizzMegan is preparing for her next chapter in Birmingham, UK, where she’ll continue her work in music as a postgraduate researcher in Musicology, exploring rhythm, movement, and the relationship between the body, brain, and sound..
