ith prosciutto and mozzerella cheese. A beautiful, centrally-located bar provides a relaxing atmosphere to share a pre-dinner drink or to enjoy our daily Happy Hour which features a variety of drink specials on glasses of wine, margaritas, and well drinks. We have an extensive wine list with both red and white varietals that highlight Italian staples such as Barolos and Brunellos. Additionally, we offer a full complement of catering services that include but are not limited to antipasti bars, dinner service, buffets, beverage, and staffing. It is with a heavy heart that the Ciro A Lampasas Family shares the passing of our good friend, coworker and a huge part of our neighborhood restaurant Ciro’s Italian Grill. Rommel, was a one of a kind man in which the mold was thrown away the day he was born. He was always fun,loving & kind, and born to serve others. Our family will miss the synergy he provided & the way he lived & loved life !
Rommel had such a big smile that made you feel great! A young man that will be missed by all, but definitely not forgotten. When the name Rommel enters the conversation. You have to chuckle and smile because you’re remembering something that he did or said. Thank you Lord for introducing us to Rommel and hopefully we remember how fun life should be and the memories he has left us.

We’ll be collecting one last tip to pass on to his family & we encourage kind words, fun stories or fond memories to be shared below. ❤️
